SUPERMICRON is the innovative patented range of sensors for the infrastructure health monitoring. The heart of the system is Smart Skin Sensor, the patented strain sensor made of composite materials, integrating a sensitive element made of fibres and carbon nanotubes.

The SUPERMICRON range is available in three basic models, Standard, Long and Rod, in different dimensions and specifically made for a variety of applications.

The range is completed by the custom line, one of the main strengths of the system, built upon specific requirements set by each individual customer.

SUPERMICRON offers a totally new approach to the building health monitoring. At present it is the only existing low cost and stand-alone solution that is capable of reading four main values such as strain, temperature, tilt and possible seismic activities.

STANDARD Version

SUPERMICRON Standard (280 mmm x 130 mmm x 0,25 mm) is the central product of the basic line. Its dimension makes it the ideal choice for most of the applications. It is the favourite sensor for the monitoring of buildings, bridges, tunnels and bearing structures.
